DNA Art Week. Urban Art Festival Concept

Urban Environment / Public Art / Music / Theater / New Media, Moscow, 2023

Context

The city centre had become a transit territory.

What we did

We developed a curatorial concept with a territorial plan.

Result

A complete concept with program architecture and digital infrastructure.

About the project

The central part of the city carries historical weight and cultural density, but has long become a transit territory. The task was to return spatial agency not through redevelopment, but through a cultural event.

Details

The initial thesis was that the total festival image requires a living exchange of energies not only within institutions, but directly in the urban environment. The territorial logic was built on distributing formats across fundamentally different venues.

Outcomes

A complete curatorial concept was developed with territorial plan, program architecture and format distribution logic across venues.
