About the project

Cultural concept for a residential project by the FORMA developer. Work at the ideation stage, the meaning frame for the district: everyday scenarios, the role of public spaces and cultural events built into the fabric of the territory.

Details

We proposed treating the district not as a set of square meters, but as a small city with its own character. Context audit, mapping of the cultural potential of the site, a programme of public spaces, neighbourhood scenarios and a partnership model with artists and institutions. A roadmap for the first years of the district's life with cultural activation moments.
